COA Connect

Welcome to COA Connect! This is the main helpdesk and grievance center of COA-M where you can submit concerns, questions, and even suggestions straight to the Council offices and clusters.

Here’s how you can get started:

Step 1 Fill up the COA Connect concerns form and complete all the necessary fields. You may submit anonymously, but leaving contact information can allow the COA Connect team to reach out to you personally regarding your concern. For general concerns which are not specific to one office or cluster, you may direct your submission to the Office of the President.

Step 2 The status of all concerns will appear in the COA Connect Dashboard along with the time of submission and responding COA-M office or cluster. If you have included contact information in the form, do expect an acknowledgement receipt from the COA Connect team shortly after submitting.

Step 3 For anonymous submissions, a response to your concern will appear in the COA Connect Dashboard which is regularly updated. If you have included contact information in the form, do expect a response from a COA Connect representative on the status of your concern. Rest assured that all confidential and sensitive information regarding your submission or the response to your concern will not reflect on the dashboard. Rather, the status of the action taken will be stated in the sheet. Thank you for using COA Connect!
